Business hours are 8am to 8pm. After hours, the electronic gate at the CR 234 entrance allows access to boarders with a valid keycode or RFID tag. In addition to staff living on-site, infrared cameras are being installed to monitor the barns, arena and tack areas. Individual stall monitoring can be arranged.

The sign marking the entrance on CR 234 displays the LLC logo and the physical property address.
